Domestic Energy Surveys

For a fixed fee, one of our consultants can visit your home, assess your current energy performance and carbon footprint, and work with you to develop the most appropriate energy options for your circumstances. We are independent and impartial.

Our staff have access to computer models with the market prices and performances for the full range of proven, commercially-available low carbon technologies on the market today. By understanding your aims, and working interactively with you to explore options, a 90 minute session will fully-equip you to optimise your investment in energy efficiency and renewable energy systems for the future.

By the end of our visit you will know:

• how well you perform against normal carbon footprints for a property of your size

• the renewable energy potential of your home and land (wind, solar, hydro-electric and
   ground-source heat)

• the costs and benefits of possible technology investments, e.g. energy efficiency, solar
   or wind. these will be specific to your property, with the opportunity to get independent advice
   on practical issues, on integrating new technologies into your existing system, and on previous
   experiences elsewhere

• how to engage with professional suppliers with confidence when developing projects

This service is offered across most areas of the UK for a fixed fee of £235 (inc VAT). We reserve the right to charge travel expenses if the location is difficult to get to or requires overnight accomodation, and will agree this with you before commencing the work.

To book an appointment, please email your details or contact us by phone, and one of our advisers will call you within 48 hours to confirm a time for the visit. We normally ask for a deposit of £50 on booking and the balance when we visit.
