Heat Exchangers

   

 

Retrofit heat exchanger
These consist of a length of stainless flexipipe which is hand formed on site into a coil to suit the cylinder size. This is inserted inserted through the cylinder immersion boss into the cylinder, and connected to a substantial brass header unit which screws into the boss.

4m of pipe gives 0.31m2 surface area
6m of pipe gives 0.47m2 surface area

 

 

 

Flat plate heat exchanger
These are compact and have a high exchange capacity. They have two inline connections for the solar circuit and two for the heated circuit. Available in a range of sizes.

 

 

 

 

Swimming pool heat exchanger
